"The Letters Game" Privacy Policy

Rubicite Interactive, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the The Letters Game mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection And Use

We do not collect personal information from children with our Apps.

This Service was created using Unity Technologies game engine which collects device data at runtime automatically. This includes but is not limited to: unique device identifier generated from the device MAC/IMEI/MEID (which is immediately converted into a different number using a one way hash); IP address; Device manufacturer and model; the operating system and version running on your system or device; browser type; language; the make of the CPU, and number of CPUs present; the graphics card type and vendor name; graphics card driver name and version ; which graphics API; amount of system and video RAM present; current screen resolution; version of the Unity Player; version of the Unity Editor used to create the content; and a checksum of all the data that gets sent to verify that it did transmit correctly; application or bundle identification of the game installed.

Service Providers

This Service uses Unity Analytics to help us better improve our apps for our users. Unity Analytics collects device data that includes but is not limited to: IP Addresses, device identifiers, as well as events completed or actions taken within the game, including level, number of credits, time it took you to earn them, metadata about in-game communications, the value and details of purchases. Using Unity Analytics, we have ongoing access to this data. Other Unity customers may have access to aggregated reports about game activity in general across a number of games. These reports are based, in part, on your information, but do not specifically identify you or your device.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Our mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request or through any feedback, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.

Links to Third Party Sites

We may provide links and/or connections to third-party web sites or services from our website (we don’t allow links within our mobile applications). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 09, 2015 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
